The Veterans Law Office of Wildhaber, LLP, is one of just a few law firms in the country that specializes in providing legal representation to veterans and their family members in the area of federal veterans’ disability benefits. The Law Veterans Office represents clients throughout the United States who have been denied disability benefits by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).  The Veterans Law Office has two locations.  One office is located in the heart of the Nation's capital, with direct access to the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (“Veterans Court”) and other federal courts, the VA’s Board of Veterans' Appeals (BVA), and the VA Central Office (VACO).  The other office is located in San Diego, California, home to one of the country’s premiere veteran communities.

The senior partner, Michael E. Wildhaber, is an attorney with over 20 years of legal experience representing veterans and their families who have been denied disability benefits by the VA, including those veterans who have been injured by VA medical malpractice and negligence while being treated in VA medical centers and clinics.  His solo law practice, The Law Office of Wildhaber & Associates, is the foundation from which the current law partnership evolved.
